For items purchased directly through www.gardnerauctions.com see below for our shipping policy. Anything purchased through AUCTION on http://gai.hibid.com or http://gas.hibid.com or through any other auction website we DO NOT SHIP items won at auction.

All shipping charges are to be covered by the purchaser. We will quote out the shipping cost to the users before completing the transaction on our site.

Our normal shipping speed is 2 - 3 business days. Items are normally shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days from the time of the order depending on current processing volumes.

Refunds / Returns Shipping

Any additional fees such as Import Duties or Brokerage Fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be aware of this before completing the transaction. Refusal to accept these chargaes and returning the package to the shipper will result in a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price, plus the forfeiture of the shipping costs.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any purchasers that refuse importation of the items they have ordered.

All purchases are subject to 13% HST, no exceptions.

If you are purchasing with a native status card, please contact us directly. Any online transactions will be billed at the aforementioned HST rate.

Out Of Country Purchaser

If you are from outside of Canada and would like to place an order skipping the HST, please contact our office staff directly.

All sales are final.

If there is a defective item, it is at our discretion to refund or replace with a similar or newer item. Any items that appear to have been tampered with or modified will not be returnable.

All items with serial numbers are recorded before they are shipped out. Any attempt to return an item with a modified serial number will result in a life time permanent ban from purchasing for us either directly or through our auctions.
